Looking for roommate in Jacksonville

I found a fully furnished 2BR/2B apartment @ Uptown St. Johns (15 min drive to Mayo Clinic). The total rent per month (which includes utilities) is of 2668. I am moving to Jax with my wife from June 2022 to late March 2023, therefore we are open to negotiate how we divide the rent so it can work for all of us, as we would be at least 3 people at the apartment.
