Current roommates are moving out this spring, looking for someone to take their room. Lease begins April 1, but can be flexible if late March is needed

Apartment is located in Quarry Ridge, within walking distance from St. Mary’s campus and with the West Lot park & ride a 4 min drive away. Rent comes out to $799, utilities not included, and apartment complex has a pool and gym. You would have your own bathroom & we have a very nice balcony as well!
