We are looking for a roommate to share this brand new house (>= 6 months)

Requirements: friendly, respectful, clean, no pets (we already have a dog and a pair of kittens in the house, they’re all super sweet)

House information: on 55th Ave, 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 3 car garage, huge backyard. 15 min drive to Mayo Clinic

Provide: utilities, high speed internet, bed, washer/dryer, other kitchen equipments

Rent: $800/month/person/room (including utilities)

About us: Medical Physicist working at Mayo Clinic and Software Engineer working remotely
