Looking for Roommate RST -Private Furnished Suite, Utilities Included!

Hello! My name is Jack (he/him/his - M25) and I am a current Ph.D. student in immunology at the Rochester campus. I'm looking to rent a furnished suite in my house beginning on or after June 1st, 2023. This is a great house for a student or young professional looking for a quiet living arrangement where you have private space at a reasonable cost. You'd be sharing the house with one other person (me).

All utilities are included in rent and the suite is fully furnished! If committing to one year, rent is $750/month. If committing to 6-11 months, rent is $775/month.

The suite is furnished with a full bed, sofa, desk, TV, and other basic furnishings. The suite has a private sitting room/office, bedroom, and bathroom. On the main floor of the house, there's a shared kitchen and bathroom, and a shared sitting area, laundry room, and bathroom in the basement of the house

The house is in the northeast part of town in a safe neighborhood near Silver Lake. The house is a 5-7 minute drive from the downtown campus.
