Looking for roommate, Rochester, downtown

My current roommate will be leaving Rochester at the end of November, and I’m looking for someone to share my 2B2B apartment.
• Lease: Runs until 05/31/2026, with option to renew. I hope you can stay for at least 3 months.
• Rent: $850/month + half of utilities and renter’s insurance ( about $50/month in total).
• Parking: One parking spot included.
• Furnishings: Fully furnished—bed, sofa, etc. already provided.
• Laundry: In-unit washer.
• Location: My apartment (Rochester Towers) is very close to all Mayo Clinic buildings. Nearly all Mayo buildings are within 5 mins walk.
