Looking for Roommate starting in August

Hi! I have one bedroom in my house that is opening up starting in August. It is about one and a half blocks to the city bus stop and 3 miles from down town. Currently we have two dogs in the house so preferably no more pets. I am looking for a clean professional to come live with us. You would get your own room but share a bathroom, kitchen, and the two common rooms in the house. Rent is 675 a month and parking is on the street.
