Looking for Roommate Starting July 1

Hey everyone! My name is Bengi, and I'm a new-grad RN looking for a roommate for July 1st. I will be renting a really nice 4-BR, 1 Bath house in Kutzky Park (perfectly located in the heart of Rochester, between St. Mary's and Mayo/Gonda buildings). Attached are a few photos of the interior.

Rent is $750/person, but I'm open to negotiations. There are three free parking spots in the back. The walk to work is 10 minutes.
