Looking for Roommate to share a two bedroom

Hello guys I'm a new Research fellow at Mayo and would like to look for a roommate to share a 2B2B APT, starting in late September (your move in date would be flexible all to way till Nov).
The current situation is that I'm very interested in a 2B2B apartment at Essex Park, 937 41st St NW, Rochester, MN 55901, this apartment is next to a large sporting park and the view is really good. The monthly payment would be around 1300 including utilities, but you probably need a car if you don't want to share ride with me. Right now they will give the tenant a $500 off if you move in before Oct.
Another option that I'm considering is the iret apartment by the cascade lake, 182 GrandeVille Road SW. This one is a bit more expensive with $1310 rent and around $200 for utilities (including internet).
I haven't signed the lease yet, but very likely to start in late Sept or Oct. If anyone is interested please contact me.
