Looking for roommate/apartment for '25-'26, ROCH

Hi everyone,

I'll be a grad student this coming fall and I'm currently looking for a male roommate.

I'm looking for a least a 2br/2ba range from $500-700/person in the Rochester area. I'm a fairly laid back but tidy person and am respectful of shared spaces. I have two shy but super sweet neutered cats whom I'll be bringing with me. I'm also LGBT friendly.

I'm still in search of a place so if you share similar interests and are ok with cats, let me know and we can start looking for something in the Rochester area.

We have a 1000 sf 1 BR 1 1/2 bath that could easily be shared. 220 South Broadway apt 1007. I can do it at 1400 per month. On the overhead walkway so you don't need to own a coat.
