Hello! I'm 27 years-old and a new vising graduate student starting November. I am looking for a roommate (or 2) to find and share an apartment walking distance (if possible) to Methodist Campus (Rochester). I am looking for a long term lease but I can be flexible. Hi, I also have 1 master bedroom with its own bath, and another bedroom with share bathroom available for rent. The community is the pines of rochester. It has a shuttle till Mayo every 45 min. The community has many amenities like indoor swimming pool, steam room, dog park. The rent for whole apatment is 1500. So 1 bedroom is $750. My contact is: 6282808862
