Looking for roommates available in July

Hi there,
We are looking for a roommate.

1)Main: Shared main floor which has kitchen, living room and shared bathroom.

2)2nd floor 4 rooms
1 Master room
3 bed rooms with shared bathroom

3)basement
Unfinished basement has washer and dryer.

We do have nice neighbors and great back yard to rest 🙂
And street parking.

Also it is a 8minute drive to St Marys
and one block to the bus stop.

The rent is $600 per month excluding service fee (not master room) and the security deposit is $600.
No smoking or pets. (We do have a very cute cat who is not ready to make pet friends yet…but still very friendly to people)
