I'm a male new employee looking for rooms and roommates who would also like to share a place nearby starting from around 2026-Jan-18. Longterm is preferred. I'm a friendly and quiet guy, do not have pets but do not mind it. Budget is 750/m/each. Any information will be appreciated, Thank you!

I am a research fellow looking for a long term lease too starting ~ Jan 15th.
Could you share with me what do u prefer regarding the room? do u have a car or u need sth in a biking / walking distance?
could u please also tell me whether you are currently in Jax or soon to come? and what will be your position at Mayo?

@alby I'm also research fellow and will arrive Jax in Jan-18. I currently do not have a car, so prefer a biking / walking distance. 2b2b/2b1b or else is ok. Thank you!
