looking for roommates in our roch apartment -$475/month by Mayo

Hi everyone, my roommate and I are looking for another person or 2 to fill our nice 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Apartment is right by Mayo and has a bus service that goes all around Rochester.

All utilities and laundry in the room are included in the $1900 rent (split evenly ($475) between us all). Both of us are BSN nursing students and are quiet/clean/respectful.
