Looking for Roommate/(s) in Rochester, MN

Hi! I am looking for a long term lease (one year min.) and looking for a roommate/(s). Looking for roommate/(s) that's preferably female, non-smoker and no pets. I'm hoping to move in late July or early to mid August. I am looking to have a place that offers private bathroom and ideally in unit washer and dryer.
