Looking for someone to take over my lease at Med city Apartment ASAP!!

My program ends and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from October to February. It's a 2bd/1bath apartment, fully furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer. It's very close to St. Mary's hospital or to get a shuttle to Mayo Clinic Rochester Downtown(5mins walk). The rent is $700/month plus utilities. My roommate is super nice and very friendly. The apartment managers are very good, they always respond to you on time.
