Looking for someone to take over my lease at Quarry Ridge

Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding my visa, I could not travel to the US. I will not be able to travel to the US until my visa is issued. I signed an apartment lease contract with Quarry Ridge that started in June (and ends in June 2023). I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. I really like the apartment and I wouldn't leave it if the circumstances were different.

Apartment details:
- 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, washer & dryer in-unit, unfurnished apartment.
- Location: 1860 Quarry Ridge Place NW, Rochester, MN 55901. (very close to St Marys Hospital and Generose Building)
- Area: 771 Sq Ft.
- One-year contract (ends in June, 2023).
(if someone is interested to have it for a shorter period of time, I'm willing to discuss that too, but I cannot sublease it so it will be through the "roommate" track; please reach out for more information).
- I'm willing to pay a percentage of the security deposit.
