Looking for someone to take over our lease!!

Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our lease at The Maven on Broadway! It is a truly beautiful, modern, and spacious 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the heart of downtown Rochester! We are looking for someone to take over the lease starting Nov. 1st, lease ends May 2023. The lease takeover requires that you apply through the apartment website (Mayo Employee application fee waived!!!)
