Looking for studio and/or 1 bedroom in Rochester, MN

Hello everyone,
I am moving to Rochster,MN soon and I am looking for either a studio or 1 bedroom apartment near the Biobusiness Center building (221 1st Ave). Does anyone have some good recommendations of apartments nearby?? (looking at a budget between 1200-1500 per month) Thanks!!

If you are interested in subletting our apartment we are on Preserve on Maine. It comes with one free parking and free shuttle to Mayo Clinic. Its a 10 min ride to Mayo. Private message me if you are interested. Otherwise, good luck!
