Looking for summer housing in AZ

I will be working at Mayo Clinic's AZ over the summer and will need housing for about 3 months (5/25-8/31). I would prefer a furnished unit with my own bedroom / bathroom that has parking and is relatively close to Mayo Clinic's campuses in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
