Looking for the 4th roommate/$900 including utilities.

This is two story residential house in Valkyrie Dr NW.
Currently we have two male, one female roommates including me. We all work for Mayo.
You are going to get a private room with 2/3 bathroom and the garage for one car. and we share a living room, kitchen, family room and basement.
And we do not accept smoke, drug and pets.
and no outdoor shoe inside instead wearing indoor shoes in order to free from outside dust 🙂
