Hello-
My name is Utkarsh. We have two rooms available in our house (517 7th avenue SW), located in the Pill hill neighborhood. The rent is 550$+ utilities (100-150$)/ per month. I live in this house with two Mayo professionals (one a Mayo resident and other a PhD student). One is upper level and one in lower level (which has its own living room for you).

One room is available now and other in July 2023.
