Looking for two roommates PHX, AZ

Hello,

I am a 27 yo male that has recently purchased a home, and I am wanting to rent out two rooms; it is located about 15 minutes from MC Phoenix by car, and an hour if you bike (I wouldn't recommend since we are in AZ). It resides in a gated community with it's own heated pool, and clubhouse. While there isn't a gym, the Deer Valley Community Center is really close by which does have a gym for dirt cheap membership. This place does not allow pets unfortunately. If interested. please let me know!

A little about ol' me: I am a research coordinator currently working at MC PHX. I love the outdoors, walking/jogging on warm sands, snowy landscapes, music, video games, philosophy, and engaging with communities. Best described by others as an extroverted introvert. I do love dogs, but the dang HOA hates them. I am allergic to cats even though I think they are cool.
