Looking to rent a room

Hi my name is Gabby, I’m an RN at Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN. I’m looking to rent a room preferably blocks away from the hospital with a budget of $500-600/month with utilities included and parking available. I also prefer to have in-unit washer/dryer and no history of bugs/pests, but I am open to any furry animals! I am super easy going, love watching movies, and baking! I keep a clean room and respect people’s space. Please let me know if you have anything available 🙂
