Mayo Clinic Email LastName.FirstName@mayo.edu

I realize that I technically have a mayo clinic email comprised of my last and first name. However, I didn't make this email. I don't know the password nor do I know how to log into it since it's not a google email or something like that. Is this something I only get once I start my first day?
