Moving Company Advice

I was wondering if anybody can share their experience moving to Phoenix with the Mayo authorized moving companies.
I've read some good reviews about Mayflower/Dircks on this site and online in general. However, I've been having a very hard time reaching them - I've sent an email, left a message on the answering service, and called the toll free number and left a message with the staff ... but unfortunately no response. Has anybody had any success reaching them through some special way that is not listed on the relocation reference guide?
Also, if anybody has experience working with Atlas Van Lines, I would love to hear about your experience.
