Need 2 rooms in same place in Mayo FL during summer

I’ll be staying in Florida from June 20 to August 19 for a summer position at Mayo Clinic. I’ll be coming with a colleague, and we’re looking for two rooms—either in the same apartment/house or in adjacent units. If anyone is subletting or has availability during this period, please let me know. Looking for a good price too.
