need 3rd roommate (female preferred) near downtown rochester

Looking for 3rd roommate (female preferred!) for a furnished bedroom near downtown methodist campus! The bedroom for rent has its own bathroom and plenty of storage. It is within easy walking distance of the methodist campus and has a driveway long enough to allow for 1-2 more vehicles, so you don't need to get a permit for street parking during the week. Me and my current roommate are currently employees at Mayo and are in a 12-month lease with the house. You don't have to sign a full 12-month lease (due for renewal April 2024). you just need to stipulate the length of time you need to be here for and pass a back-ground check. We each have a dog, but both are house broken and only chew their own toys/bones. Our landlord has a two-pet maximum, so no additional pets can be brought in at this time. It is a non-smoking property. Deposit is $500 with monthly base rent pay is $600 and we split utilities, garbage and internet equally. The room will be available for rent after 8/12/23. FYI our stove is broken, and we are in the process of getting that replaced. We have a new toaster oven to use in the meantime!
