Need a furnished room/apartment from February 2023 to 24, Rochester

Hello everyone. I am Dr. Parv Mehta, and I will start working at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, from February 2023 to February 2024. I am looking for a furnished room/apartment near the St. Mary's campus. Kindly let me know if you have an apartment/room available. I am open to sharing and my budget is 1000$ per month. I do not have a vehicle with me so I would prefer a place which has a shuttle access to the Mayo clinic campus or is walkable from the campus.
