Need a ride to Mayo Jacksonville

My name is Parthvi Patel. I stay near Montilla Drive (Beach Blvd). I need a ride at around 8:30-9:00 am in the morning (pick up) and at 5 pm in the evening (drop off). I would give him/her the share accordingly. Please let me know if anyone is coming from that side and who is willing to pick me up.
