Need accommodation near St. Mary's hospital, Rochester, MN

I'm a visiting medical student looking for accommodation near St. Mary's campus for a month (Nov 18- Dec 18, 2021). Preferably sharing a furnished apartment with a female, with a private room for myself located at a walkable distance from St. Mary's.
