Need an apartment in Rochester, MN

Hello, My name is Benjamin and I am starting (depending on the current living situations) 13th June and I am needing a place to live. I do have a place possibly booked for early July but that means I will be pushing back my start date. If someone has a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with a few months left of rent (2-3 months), dog friendly, not too expensive, and in a nice neighborhood, I would be interested.
