Looking for a roommate for the 4th room. Its 4bed/2bath house. 10 mins walking distance to st.marys and 15 mins to Gonda building. we are 1 male and 2 females staying in the house. Lease would be at least for 6 months. Room available from Feb 2026. Both the bathrooms are newly constructed. The rent is $750. Looking for someone neat and quiet who cleans up after themselves. I have a studio right next to central park (on jacobson building). From over there you can get the free mayo shuttle to st marys (tales approx 8 minutes). Around 1350 monthly including internet. In unit washer/dryer and all brand new kitchen appliances. Building has a gym and commom areas.
