New Employee Connections Group

The Rochester Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is excited to share an opportunity for new employees that have started in the past six months. The EAP has noticed a trend of loneliness and lack of connection being primary concerns for new employees. The well-being grant initiative created an opportunity for the EAP to offer a New Employee Connections Group that focuses on adapting to employment, connecting with the Rochester community, and self-care.
