New to Mankato and need help with housing

I am moving to Mankato next month and looking for help with housing for rent. It seems that there are not a lot of good options. I appreciate any guidance.

I would recommend looking at woodland apartments they have some openings, and avoid Atwood managed apartments. Apartments are scarce right now, but Facebook market place can sometimes advertise subleases
