New to Rochester - looking for apartment

Hi!! My name is Emma Niemeyer. I just graduated from the University of Miami and am moving to Rochester, MN this January to begin work as a PCA. I would appreciate any advice regarding the most ideal place(s) to rent as close as possible to the Mayo- St. Marys campus!!

Hi!! Emma, I am living in 2B/2Bath apartment. We are 4 people in the apartment but I am moving out of rochester.
Apt is hotel indigo it’s connected through skywalk to gonda building and you take the shuttle which will drop you at st. Mary campus. Shuttles are free for mayo employees and it’s always there, you don’t have to wait.
Rent is 400 usd per person. If you are interested let me know

I have a room for rent minutes from downtown. Rent is 695.00 which includes utilities. I currently have one other researcher sharing the rental.
