It is a 3B1B, my fiancee and I live downstairs and the room for rent is the one upstairs. You will have the entire second floor.
We have two empty bedrooms but will only just rent one out. Rent is 550 + utilities (Roughly will be 650 depending on weather)
Walkable to the Mayo Shuttle.
Pics are taken when we first moved in. Nothing much changed but added some furnitures.
