Bike/walkable distance to Mayo building. (There is a bike in my garage and you can ride it for free)
There are also Mayo shuttles near this place (2 blocks walk to the shuttle, to both St. Mary and Downtown). I am happy to share how to make the best commuting/parking.
I work at the Gonda building and DAHLC and may be able to share rides during winter.
Flexible term. You will need to share the bathroom with me but it is big enough.
650/month everything included. A deposit of 650 is required.
No pet. No smoking. No party after midnight. keep the house clean.
