One bedroom for rent start from Oct 1st

it is a 3B1B house. A big bathroom is shared. I bike to Gonda within 10 to 15 minutes, mostly the traffic lights stop. you can also take the Mayo shuttle. transportation is not a big problem. I drive on rainy days and can take you if the time works.

I am a fellow at the orthopedic surgery department, male. There is another roommate, a female, who also works at Mayo, St Mary.

She usually works evening shift and won't have overlap using the bathroom. A very nice and polite girl. We actually haven't had any problems with the bathroom as we keep it as clean as possible. We do not have any gender preference for the roommate but we need you to keep the public space clean as well.

Rent is $650 with everything included (or say 550 + your utilities, will be roughly the same). house is newly renovated. If you can commit to a longer term (1 year plus), it can drop by 50.

I buy all the laundry and house cleaning supplies. I can share lots of kitchen wares and you almost don't need to buy any more. You will have a bed, mattress, desk, chair, a storage shelf, a fridge, and a closet. We have a garden too but unfortunately, this year has been almost 90% tomatoes. I failed to manage other spices. but fresh tomatoes every day!

We are very committed to keeping the house clean and we hope for another clean and respectful roommate. No smoking, no party, no any noisy thing in the house.
