Looking for clean & responsible room mate for 2BD apt in Red Wing, MN. 8 min drive to Red Wing Mayo Clinic. Internet provided, washer/ dryer in unit, central heat, aircon installed soon, newly rehabbed unit. Street parking outside with two spots in front of house. New microwave, stove, fridge, garbage disposal. This is the upper unit in a house.
Sorry, no pets. No smoking.
