I live in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with in-unit laundry that is about a 5-minute walk from Methodist hospital. Rent is $625/month. Energy ranges $20-30/month and wifi is $20/month. Free parking available outside. Pets who are friendly and well-mannered are welcome! Apartment tenants are older residents, fellow Mayo employees, students, patients, etc.
