Hardwood flooring, living area fully furnished, option for bedroom furnishing. You have your own private bedroom & you share with one other female Mayo employee: Furnished living area, bathroom, newly built kitchen with full refrigerator, laundry room with brand new full washer/dryer (laundry room shared 3-ways), separate entry. Attached garage add $50. You pay 1/4 of utilities,1/3 of wifi, and optional seasonal snow removal (we do or we pay to have done). $575 includes $25 monthly discount for paying on or before due date, otherwise rent is $600 if received after due date.
