Ph.D. programs for Chemistry

Dear,
I am new to Rochester, I will be starting my Job at Mayo in Feb 2019. I wanted to know are there any universities in the city that offer Ph.D program in Chemistry, as my wife greatly wishes to continue her higher education, she wanted to pursue Ph.D. in Chemistry. We did not find much information about this on google. Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
