Hey, how far is it from Mayo building? I am looking for a furnished bedroom for double occupancy. Is it still available?

about 4 miles. takes about 15 min to get to mayo and 12 to get to st Mary's. The room is furnished but I only want one additional roommate so a total of two--> myself and one other person.
