POPA Question
I am starting in June and looking for scheduling my POPA appointment. But when I went to the link provided, there were no available times. I understand the current COVID-19 situation but wonder if they will be open again for scheduling. Does anyone have the same problem?

I am also starting in June! Same problem, cant schedule POPA. I called last week and was told they have the calendar is closed due to COVID and to try again every few days. They said the POPA has to be scheduled 6 days in advance of start date, so not to worry too much yet. I am very nervous though!!!
I am very nervous too, especially under this whole circumstance. Hope they will open again soon like they told you. I'll let you know if I could schedule it as well.
I am sorry you are having such a struggle and stress over scheduling your POPA! I suggest reaching out to your onboarding specialist. I don't know their actual title--but the person who connected with you just after your recruiter sent your congratulations email. Mine (Ruby) was incredibly helpful, kind, and reassuring. They know many so much and are likely kept in-the-know by HR administration decision makers. I hope you can get scheduled soon, and Welcome to Mayo Clinic!
