Possible housing / Roommate

I’m a medical grad doing a research year at Mayo and may have found good housing option. It’s not done deal yet as I’m still looking for roommate. Rent might be 500-550 , walking distance to Saint Mary’s. People with Similar Circumstances and Longer lease preferred.

It’s actually 8 minute walk. Rent would be 600 utilities included
