Possible rent space- Rochester, MN

Hey everyone!

I am thinking about buying a home that's little bit over my budget. And, hoping to maybe rent out a room to a Mayo clinic employee- in order to help compensate for my budget. I will be living in the room and I will be doing a lot of cooking. I am curious to see- are people willing to rent a room in a single family house. This house will be 11min driving distance from all the Mayo campus. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Let me know your opinion.
