The rent includes a shared bathroom with 1 female tenant, a designated parking space, and access to all common areas (living and family rooms, kitchen, basement laundry, sunroom, deck) on the lower levels. About Us
We are experienced, live-in landlords. I'm a 26 y.o. female nurse working at Saint Mary's Hospital & FNP student, my husband is a 27 y.o. male IT Analyst/Programmer who works from his home office for Mayo Clinic as well. Our other tenant is a 27 y.o. female nurse who works at Methodist. Additionally, we have a 65 lb. husky mix who likes to roam about the house in the common areas and outside in the backyard.
$600/mo + shared utilities
