Quarantine after Arriving In Rochester, MN

Would anyone know about the quarantine procédures after arriving in Rochester for the first time ?

I was told that the quarantine requirement imposed by Mayo Clinic was lifted back in November-ish, it seems there isn't a federal or state-imposed quarantine requirement at this time.
