Hi! Seeking housemate to share very nice 4-BR home in NW Rochester. Mayo campus bus is 4 doors away or 10-minute drive to Mayo. Very safe area; quiet & peaceful – perfect for those of us who are busy. We don't have pets, we don't smoke in the house.

Available Nov. 7; we can discuss lease option – as short as Nov-February or as long as one year+. Option for bedroom furniture (+50) and attached garage (+25). You have your own private bedroom & share with one other Mayo employee: Large open kitchen/dining, bathroom, laundry room with new washer/dryer (laundry room shared 3-ways). You pay 1/4 of utilities/trash,1/3 of wifi, and optional seasonal snow removal (we do or we pay to have done). $475 includes $25 monthly discount for paying on or before due date. Otherwise $500. I provide:
