Recommendations for one bedroom apartments?

Any recommendations for one bedroom apartments in Rochester? Also any apartments to avoid? I'd ideally like to stay downtown where I can walk or bike to both hospitals and the gym!

I have a one bedroom upstairs apartment available August 1st. 4 blocks from Methodist Hospital, 2 blocks from Dan Abrahams building. Privately owned, all appliances included. Great amount of storage, plus one car garage. Call for details 507-269-3311
